5/2/2011 1:55:00 PMMy wife and I have fished that lake for years, never had the issues you discuss, I wouldn't paint all the people with the same brush as that jerk, as far as people trolling within casting range, these days you can cast halfway across a lot of lakes with enough weight and line,saying fishermen shouldn't troll within casting range of anchored boats would sure limit the trolling, this lake isn't very large, I still fish and troll, if you don't snag my line or troll within 25 ft. or so i don't have a problem. My buddy and I usually troll and depending on the size of the lake and the number of boats, it can be a challenge to give everybody as much room as they would like to have. This past weekend we spent a lot of time trolling side by side with several different boats and had great conversations with total strangers. I would guess that the jerk trash-talking you hasn't learned how to admire somebody's $33,000 boat and has to try to tear you down to his level.
