I had a new member give me a pm to take him bass fishing. This morn I took the drive to Maytown to pick up Camron.tht.fishing.guy who has never caught a LMB. We hit the water around 6:30 am and started fishing the south end of the Lk. As time went on without any hits, I would tell him the areas that bass would stage in. By the time we were almost stright across the boat launch Camaron caught his first LMB at 4.1 lbs. I just laugh at him as he hollered and was in complete amazement. Well there's another young man hooked on bass fishing. He missed two other fish as the day went on. Better LUCK next time on those fish. Hope you learned some stuff today, and glad to take you out. I only showed Camron how I fish the jig and plastic worm. I told him that others that take him out will show him different things and that everyone has there lure of choice. Water temps were 52.8* when we pulled out at 1:00 pm. The water has a stain but not too dark. Visibility was 3' windy cold rain. Camron has the picof the fish.THE FISH WAS C&R.
