Today the weather was great with no wind Flat calm Waters and the Sunshine..
Now on the other hand, the laketrout bite was really tough until the sun went behind the clouds and a Little breeze started out of the South, then it was a like someone turned on a light switch!!!
I trolled the Ace Hi-Fly today with the Macks Lure Smile Blade in front along with my secret sauce to find the biters.
We ended the day with 10 nice laketrout and a handful of kokanee..
Thanks so much to the www.golakechelan.com winner of 2010, Jo Ann Caudill and Armando Cortez for fishing with me today..Everybody be fully aware of the Boat Launches here on Lake Chelan as they are still dropping the water level..I have been Launching in the Lower Lake below Campbells Resort at the Dam and right now I have about 1.5 ft before my trailer falls off the drop off...Tight lines to all and be safe.
