Hey ho, fished Tapps Saturday. From 10:30 to 6 pm. Just in time for the monsoon to hit. Anyhow. Had about a dozen follows. One 40 inch fish followed me 5 times on 5 different lures before she got tired of my offerings. Later my partner and I had another 11 followers. Those fish were 35 inchers and smaller. Pretty active fish but none were wanting to get into the Frabill. Fished spinners, cranks, tubes, swimbaits and just about everything else. Maybe should have tried Senkos. Didnt. Maybe it was the spring turnover.IDK. Water temps were 58-60 degrees. Anyway good times. Did manage one smallie. See ya on the water. Watch out Silver and Newman I'm on my way...Todd

Well they are striped. Just keeping you on your toes Mr. Kendall. Thanks for noticing. Got a little crazy scrolling. I reckon' I need fish check along with spell check. I did see a sturgeon out there last summer. Tiger Sturgeon isnt on the list of species fishing for. Uhm Mr. Carey you wanna add that one ? That might just be the next species out on Tapps i gun for. LOL See ya in a week pal !
