This report is for 5/19 and 5/20 (today):
Both days weather was sunny, with light wind gusts. Water temp between 60 & 61F. Arrived at the lake a little after 1100 each day and started fishing with a half a crawler 4' under a bobber. I tried to stay on the edge of the drop in about 25-30' of water. Catching was a little slow on 5/19 and I didn't get my 5th trout until about 1430. Today I had 4 fishing within an hour, but that last one took me another 30 minutes. I had lots get away and a lot of take downs that I didn't get. They are still biting very lightly so a quick hookset seems to be a must.
The big surprise is that the meat on most of the trout has been very bright orange, compared to the white meat I was seeing on this lake last year.
Also, I stopped by fish lake (king county) on my way home and the water level is back where it was before last weekends rain, and the water clarity seems to be almost back to normal.
