First time to fish this lake. Water temp was 69 degrees, weather was super and the wind was calm. Fishing very slow for me and those on the lake. Only 4 other people all in boats. The day lasted 5 1/12 hours and only two fish to bring home. My wife caught a 15 inch rainbow and I caught a 10 inch catfish. I had a good 3 pounder hookes and he was out of the water on his tail twice and he spit lot the hook. Too Bad!!!! On the other hand my wife hooked at least a 4 pounder and played it for 5 minutes. Me, the stupid one left the net home and tried to get it in the boat with my hand and when the fish felt that he broke the line. My wife to say , was very put out and really gave me a bad time the rest of the day. Fishing in this lake may at different time be good but on this date very slow.
