Today We started Fishing on Mackinaw Bar in the lower Basin of Lake Chelan to catch a few eater size laketrout and gradually moved over to Minneapolis Beach to catch a few more Nicer Laketrout and slowly worked our way into the Trench to find a dandy Laketrout. Today I fished the Ace Hi-Fly by Silverhorde along with a Smile Blade by Mack Lures in front with the New Invisaswivel by Aquateko.com which I have to say those New swivels are incredible. Every tackle box should have these swivels.
I kept my trolling speed between 1.2 and 1.4 to get the Laketrout to bite today..Ended the day with 8 nice laketrout and the Big Kicker Fish at 13lbs. 8 oz to end the morning 4 hr boat..Thanks to Morgan Sr., Morgan Jr. and Brian Bartlett for Fishing with me today...Tight Lines and Be Safe!!!!!
