Gotta go fishing, so I went. Was going to go this morning, but it was sprinkling, checked the weather on the computer, didn't like it, so went back to bed. Then it rained like a son of a -----. :-) so was glad I didn't go. This afternoon was great, overcast, but great.

First fish soon after I started at 2pm was a pounder Largie on a Rattletrap.

Then a couple pounder and less Smallies on a crankbait.

Then another pounder Largie on the crankbait.

Then the bigge Smallie of the day, and estimated 1 1/2 pounds on the crankbait. This one really fought very well, normal for a Smallie. The rest fought good but not quite up to par.

Nuttin big enough for pictures or to weigh them.

I did go and did well til 8, Chris and I fished together and he caught a 3.4 SM, I lost one just after it jumped about the same size. We caught 6 more mix of SM and LM 2.6 down to 1lb. Lake starting to turn on for me, hope for you as well. See ya on the pond

Good to hear. From the sound of things it`s picking up. Water finally warmed up and stabilized.
