Met up with fellow WL.com member RicknTA somewhere around 3:30 and we put in a good effort for the Crappie. Worked about half the lake over good and could only muster up a few half hearted bites and one shake off at the boat until the sun started to get low then we were getting bit by the trout right in on the weedline. Rick really wanted to catch a Crappie and I was hitting all the spots that should have produced but I think the fish were enjoying the weather too and just were in a teasing mode. Last light, last spot graphing good numbers of Crappie we finally both got bit with real bites, Rick landed his and admired it before releasing and I lost mine. It was a real nice day on the water and a pleasure to have met up and fished with Rick. Klahowya!
