7/10/2011 3:03:00 PMGreat report! Beautiful time to be on the lake. The lake level is down this year so some of the ramps are not usable. The ramp at the old State Park, now called Camp Cushman, is open even though the campground is closed.
The rest of the ramps on the lake are private property of the Lake Cushman development. If you use the private launch without a Lake Cushman sticker or guest pass, your tow vehicle and trailer will get towed to Shelton! It's happened to a few people this year. It's a bit tough because you have a 4-5 mile walk to get into cell phone coverage.
