Headed out to Gene Coulon to fish for a little bit, when I got there I fished the apartments a little bit and then headed to the swimming area, no luck. Then I walked to the boat launch and then I threw my line in the water as I let it sink to the bottom a fish had taken my senko and I didn't know so when I went to reel in my slack I saw my line moving, so then I set my hook and pulled up a smallie. And after that just some dink smallies. There were big trouts jumping on the surface of the lake, but no luck with them either. The smallie was about 1.5lb-2lb. Bait used Gary Yamammoto Senko watermelon green with pepper flakes.
