Going to combine a couple of trips here within the past few days.

Last week I took out Tha to show him around the dunes, and we ended up with a nice 4 1/2 lb. Smallmouth up in the Winchester Arm on a Yamamoto Senko. Also we caught a few 2-3lb. male largemouth swimming around Beaver Huts. The water was around 73F and stained in the Winchester side. We also hooked a few Walleye trying to fish deep for some Smallmouth. Those big smallies are roamers during this time of year.

THE FROG FISHING IS ON! Went out for an hour after work and had 6 blow ups and connected on the 4 smallest ones (Of course the big ones decide to blow the frog out of the water and not in their mouth). All of them coming out of water no deeper than 6 feet, in 74F water, on the West Side of the dunes. Using a Spro Frog, Sufix 832 Braid, and a Lamiglas Excel Frog Rod. We also lost a BIG walleye trolling out in front of Frenchman's Wasteway with a Rapala Shad Rap.
