Garlic scent power bait was the winner. Tried another lake for a few hours and then decided to hit gissberg ponds (we fished the south lake). Well it was fun; I tied up a line for the person was taking fishing. i cast, then tie up my line, and the first pole goes off. De-hook fish cast my line, and proceed to bait up first rod, then second rod goes off...fish 2. Then 15 min later the fish number 3. We had only about 45 min to fish so this was fantastic. This was the first fish that this person has caught so that just added to the experience. All were small stocker trout and nothing to really write home about, but for the person who caught it they were the best kind of fish. It is awesome sharing this sport with someone and then seeing their excitement. Can beat it.
