Went to the WL picnic this morning, that was fun. I didn't fish though, and that left me with the itch. Some of the guys from the site guilted me for being a lurker, so I decided to post even though I had a rough fishing day. Took my boat out onto lake Boren with my buddy and his younger brother. We trolled around the lake for a couple of hours with everything from dick nites, daredevils, krocs, rooster tails, some pop gear (I didn't even know what that was until mark told me today), and grubs with little to show for it. All we got in the end was one bite on a small pink dick nite and a nine inch cutt on a green f-4 flatfish. Still, glad I got to take the big boat out on a beautiful day, this is only the second time I've taken it out since I bought it and the only fish I've caught off of it
