Went out to the Fremont canal tonight with kwcc and another friend. Right after we got there my friend caught a 2pound smallie on a green curly tail on a football head(the pic of that fish is the one where it's still light outside). Later in the day kwcc pulled out a 3inch bass on a minnowspin. I never could of believed anything that small could get any hook in his mouth. But, somehow he did. I'm about fed up with boat traffic on lake union though. boats everywhere. Including a boat that rode extremely close to shore. They all seemed wasted by the looks on there faces. Looked like some sort of party on the boat. What pushed me over the edge was the fact a 10 year old kid yelled "I hope you never catch anything" That was it. I gave them the finger and my friends soon followed. We all started screaming at them also. Oh well. After dark around 9:30, I tied on a shad rap to my baitcasting reel and threw out. Pulled in a smallie that normally would of been a pound but was barfing up crawfish. It was maybe a pound and a half, It was incredibly fat(pic of that fish is the one where it' dark). Next cast felt something slam my crankbait. Could of sworn it was over 2 pounds. In the end it was bout half a pound.It's ashamed as soon as they start getting in there normal bitting and hard pulling routene, I have to go on a vacation with my family in 6 days. After that called it quits and headed home. I'll definatly be back it was deep, rocky, and there was tons of crawfish. I mean usually you have to flip over rocks to find them. But they were just crawling around. Sounds like a great place for a SM to be.

This is what happens when you give a 13 year old a little too much unsupervised internet time. I can assure everybody there won't be another punk attitude report when he wakes up this morning.

Sounds to me like the child learned well from his wasted parents in the boat. Sad.

I don't mind him reporting fishing info. The "attitude" I can do without. His mom thinks the same thing also.

Trust me, he's a good kid, I personally know him and his parents. His parents are highly involved in his life and brought Logan up well. Be patient with Logan, remember we were all young at one time.
