First report since joining. Haven't gotten the pic thing down yet. Went out Sunday am, launched at 6:15, and started trolling up the bouy line to the left of the launch. Kept in the 50 foot depth, showed fish at 20 to 28 feet. Used an old Pink Lady planer I picked up in North Dakota 30 years ago, a 4 inch flasher, and a chartruse wedding ring (the new one with the holographic propeller-style spinner) tipped with shoepeg. The planer kept lure depth at 20 feet and persuaded 5 rainbows (3-10", 2-11") into my net. Lost two more before the net and one that tried to literally jump into the boat! Skiers and jet boats came out at 9:05, but didn't seem to bother the fish at 20 feet. Thank you Toni for your reports. Reading all of them was how I learned to fish this beautiful lake.
