Was in the Methow Valley for a 5 day trip, and wanted to do some fishing. Me and my brothers first stop was at Patterson Lake. We tied on a couple size 0 Mepps inline spinnerbaits, and caught a good amount of perch and my brother caught a couple dink largemouths. We saw a ton of dink bass, I saw one that was probably 2+ pounds swimming in the shallows. I did catch a decent sized perch on a size 3 red and bronze bluefox spinner. We left around 12, and came back at sunset for about an hour and caught 3 more perch and another dink bass. All the fish were caught on inline spinnerbaits. It was good fishing, but I would like to catch a nice bass or two and there didnt seem to be much other than some trout, small bass and TONS of perch in this lake.
