Perch,Perch, and more Perch. Sat. we had 6 nice perch in the livewell about 11:30 when we pull into a new spot and dropped anchor, for the next three hours it was one perch after another. At 3:15 we went in with 116 perch between 10 and 12 1/2 inchs, 57.8 pounds all together. Another boat had close to 70 perch and a third boat had 52. Early Sunday the bite was on again but the wind came up so we settled for about 30 in the same size range. Only one weekend left for Downs so if you like action this is the place to get into it.
