When I arrived at 3:00 pm the flyfishermen all said they weren't having much luck, just a few hits.
With leaded line out 2 colors and small spoons (Dick Nite and Triple Teasers) in 3.5 hours hooked 14 and boated 12.
A couple little 10", but all others were 13"-17" and are starting to fight better.
Most were caught straight out from the launch.
It is such a fun lake.
I even loaned out a Triple Teaser to a friendly flyfisher and he shortly landed a beautiful 18"er.
I doubt I have a convert though.
