12/12/2011 1:32:00 PMNice PIG! I have fished this lake as a kid. When it wasn't so thick of seaweed and the fishing was not year round. If you take a fish finder you will find one of the deepest places on the lake is in the north end into Little Beaver about 20 ft after you pass threw the canal. 30-40 ft this is where we would ice fish. Also great place to go when weather is really hot. The fish will sit in the deep hole just waited for food to come their way. The other canal that is near the boat ramp is Baby Beaver great for spring bass fishing the bass will swan in the shallows the move back in deeper waters.
