12/19/2011 9:49:00 PMyou're doing something right if you landed 5 fish! this is my 4th year fishing that lake and you're approaching my grand total for the entire time. i lost a beauty right at the hole sunday, it's a heartbreaker.
we stayed on the half of the lake nearer the parking lot. it's 6+ inches, i'd guess, and very solid. although it was popping & groaning a lot for some reason (and it wasn't the previous weekend), enough to creep you out, but i wasn't worried based on what i was seeing after augering through.
