After getting skunked on L. Washington last week I gave Sammamish a try to see if I can find some tasty perch, so after locating a school of fish on the bottom in 75’ I dropped a marker and locked the i-pilot electronic anchor on top of the fish. This anchor future is so cool. It keeps the boat in the same spot, works better then a regular anchor when fishing lake deep water. It turned out the school of fish were large squaw fish with a few perch between. I did troll a bit for cutts around the w. s. and manage to hook a few. Released a couple kokanee also.
