Quad and I fished Blackman's from about 07:30 t 13:00, trolling in my boat. I got the skunk, but Quad outfished me yet again, in my boat. He caught one small planter, that I deftly nettted. We circled the lake numerous times, trying many lures, popgear, the works. But it was slim pickins. Did not see many other folks catching fish. There were many people on the park docks, and quite a few boats out at first. The weather was pretty nice at first, before the sun hid and wind came up. Before we left the sky got brighter and the died down.
