There are sure a lot of trout in this lake right now. They are not real big, but they are getting very fat very fast. If you did not catch the trout this weekend, you were not trying. I did loose a couple of good trout, one Bow and one old Brown, while throwing Sassy Shads over the weeds for bass. I was playing with the trout with my fly rod for a while and caught a couple of nice crappie. I did catch a few small bass (7 or 8" maybe) and a couple of 14 to 15", but the bass appear to be resting from the spawn and should pick up soon. I saw a couple of nice perch caught by trout fishermen, so the perch should be picking up soon as well.
