Another beautiful day on Lake Chelan!! The bite was "ON" in the lower basin today! We fished mostly the area around Minneapolis beach, Macks bar, and the Trench. We started fishing about 7 am and by noon we were headed back to the dock with 16 fish in the cooler! Today the Ace Hi-Fly with a Macks lure smile blade in front was the ticket. Kept our trolling speed between 1.3 and 1.4 mph to make em' bite. We didn't have quite the problem with lite bites today... the fish that wanted it got it! Gotta love those days!
