Another beautiful day and had it off! Headed down to LM and try my luck again on the elusive bass. Got on the water at around 9:30AM I think.

Went through my tackle with no bass. Used jerkbaits, soft plastics, lipless cranks, jigs, cranks and spinnerbaits. Went shallow, went deepish(20'). But I did spot 1 SMB, ~14" or so cruising in 8' of water. I even dragged a plastic worm carolina style for a bit.

My highlight of the day was when I had on a nice trout on a crank. Was 16" or so. I had it in the net, but it was a flopper. My net is very shallow since it's those rubber types. The crank somehow got off and net thing I know, the fish is gone and my lure is all that remains in the net. So no picture this time.

I did have numerous trouts follow my gear. Not as many as Sat, but enough for me to start casting my trout rod. No action when I swithed over though.

At least the weather nice and got a little tan.

PS, water temp is up. My readings ranged from 57-60.
