I hiked into twin lakes and unfortunately was fishing with spinning gear. Not that I have anything against spinning, I just didn't pack my fly rod and the only thing I could find around our house was an old spinning rod. I fished a dare devil for about an hour I caught about four decent sized brook trout. The largest around 11 inches. I wanted to know if there are any fish in the smaller lake. I was also fishing from shore. If I had brought my float tube and fly rod I probably would have caught more.
