My buddy and I fished Carlisle Lake from about 10-1. Caught and released 15-20 trout a piece on spinners (barbless single hook). A lot of small fish. Really small, like 4-5 inches. But there were some nice average ones in there too (9-13 inches). Pictured was catch of the day; my estimate is 15-inches with shoulders. Also in the picture the gentleman behind me has a 6-8 pound rainbow on that he landed on a spinner. I saw another brood stocker of the same size caught on a fly.
