Went out about 9 in the morning with my mom for a good day of fishing. When we arrived at 930 we went down to the bank by the bridge.
We were using a carolina type rig with orange power eggs. At about 11 they started to bite. The bite is always on and off when we are out there so we just sat in our chairs and relaxed. We ended up with about 7 fish all were nice sizes. I caught the biggest of the day it was about 1 and a half pounds. All the others were about 13to16 inches. To catch the fish we threw out our line to the pole that was out there to hold the swimming area ropes. Throw it about 6 feet next to it and about 1to5 feet passed let it set with the line tight. You will now when a fish is on they hit like the devil out there. Just bring a lot of eggs because the little trout nibble the eggs off. I fishing gets slow don't give up use yellow or green power bait. Hope u have a good time and catch the big one.
