Took the boy out to get him away from his video games. He was complaining about never catching any fish, so I saw recent reports at Waughop and saw it was producing so thought we'd give it a try. Took some blue/purple worms on a hook with a little "Bass feast" and went looking for some fish. Brett found this nice 16" LMB about 4' from shore in the lilly pads. He was so surprised when it took his bait! He just missed a smaller one guarding a nest a little later. He said it was a GREAT day! What more could you ask for?
