Set up, 7 foot rod, 12lb braided mainline, 6lb leader (definitely upgrading my leader) On 5 foot leader size 8 hook I just used a worm up the line with a small white marshmallow, casted it out about 70 yds. Say down waited about 15 minutes and hooked into a nice 13 incher. Smallest of the year for me so far. If you head to the boat launch go right on the trail. You will see a wide open bank and thats the spot. Be sure to bring a pole holder. I had to chase my pole into the lake 3 times yesterday. I hooked into a nice 17-20 incher that was displaying a nice show. He ran right got my line tangled into a tree and broke it off. I used the same set up and 20 minutes later got a bite. Had my drag set fairly tight, tighter than normal, and set the hook. He was running with my line and it broke again. I wouldn't be surprised if that was my Brown Trout I have been after.

Good luck
