Took my buddy Tom with me to Park.I figured I'd get one last fishing trip in my old boat before I sold it.It turned out to be quite a good one.The first fish of the day was a badly hooked 13 incher so in the tank it went and that was the smallest fish for the day.We trolled an assortment of jerkbaits.Anything that looked like a fingerling trout that were all over by the dock.We put our offerings about 30 ft or more down on a downrigger and trolled about 1.8 mph utilizing gps to troll in front of various drop off points around the lake.In about 6 hours we had a pretty good limit of decent trout the last being about a 25 inch german brown that really put up a battle on a okuma kokanee rod.We ended up with a pretty hefty limit of fish.7 were rainbows 13-18 inches,a 15 inch tiger trout,a 18 and a 25 inch german brown which was somewhere between 5-6 lbs.Tried several times to upload pics but couldnt get the right size.
