I was there from 6pm to 8pm, and I think I saw two risers, period. No strikes, I've tried live worm, senko, power bait crappie bait, bread, corn. Weighted Texas rig and bobbers. Not even a single fry was spotted nearshore when I throw a bit of bait in the water. Eventually a turtle came and ate the bread and corn. Sigh, wonder if the lake is dead.

Did you try crappie jigs under a float about 12-18 inches? Try that around the lilly pads and you'll have some better luck, work it slow and maybe tip the jig with power maggots--I did pretty well like that last year there and I caught and released all so hope they are even bigger.
