Was a nice morning on the lake today!! Launched the boat at about 9 and headed east along the highway trolling in about 150-200 feet of water at about 1.5mph. Hooked one about 15 minutes into fishing and it may have been about 10''. This fish was beautiful, nice bright blue color on the back silver on the sides and white on the bottom. Continued to troll down to where the bridge is at (cant tell its a bridge from the road) and turned around and headed west along the highway and hooked into this nice one I was so excited I didnt mesure or weigh it before a successful release! Had to be 24'' give or take and maybe around 3lbs. Not sure. So I caught two and my father in law caught 0. I tried not to rub it in to much but couldnt help but boast a little! Lots of big fish around 70 feet just hard to get down there with weight restrictions and no downriggers. Great Day!!!
