Chelan is pumping out the fish! Today most of our time was spent in the lower basin chasing the Kokanee, but we did a little Laker fishing too. We first dropped lines at the top of Mack Bar hoping to pick up a few Lake Trout before we started the Kokanee assault. It was slower than I expected, but we did hook up a nice 9 lb 8 oz Laker! Great way to start the day! The Kokanee fishing continues to be hot. Macks lures Kokanee pro's and Double D Dodgers were what worked best for us on this day. Huge thanks to David and Tina Chacon for bringing the twins Nickolas and Mikayla out on the boat today! The twins were a little leery of dads big fish, so it took some work to get them in the pictures.. haha. Great day!
