start the afternoon at the 65th dock but maybe 6 people already there,so set up at the shoreline area.no bite no nibble except for the guy next to me,he's catching fish.used pink with green power eggs.1 1/2 hour later decided to pack up and move somewhere.next stop is at the dock close by that island, start to wonder why nobody fish there like I'm by my self, got the dock all to my self, next thing i know those kayakers are going through my line so many time.so decided to pack up and thinking of heading home skunked.but on the way around the lake I saw this family fishing and landed good fish.so stop and fish next to them.5 min. later bam fish on and the battle begins(i always wonder everytime i fish green, when im gonna catch those triploids) and that day my first fish was indeed a trips 15" not big enough but am proud of it,give a good fight too.second fish rainbow, third one was another trip and gives my knees a shake reeled him in and just as i was reaching to grab my leader(4# line) it broke off and stick his tounge out on me.grrrrrrrr.so after releasing couple small rainbows later.hook into another trips reeled him in and just as i saw the fish in front of i just yank him out of the water to the bank as quickly as i could, dont wanna lose that guy too, unhook him and on the stringer he goes(this guy has a mark from an eagle claw all over his body,he probably got away from the eagle, but he didnt get away from me).all in all if I can give it a 8 star rating I would.thight line everyone TRIPS are there.
