It was really slow today and the wind was insane. I do not think I have ever used so much gas in my Honda kicker ever. At the peak of the wind, I would run to the west end of the lake and drift back with the kicker in reverse acting like a brake. I gave today a low rating because in 12 hours we caught 7 fish and had to work at fighting the wind.

On a side note, I am noticing a lot more fish with talon mark injuries in them. The bird population must be increasing in the area although I did not notice many Osprey or Eagles, only a small army of seagulls begging for a hand out.

The images I posted are of 2 cutthroat and a rainbow and the other is the 2 day catch of all 4 of us fishing....Yes I keep my fish with a family of five, we go through a bunch of em....
