Arrived at 9:30, fished along the north bank, caught 2 small bass around the tree about mid way down that bank. Drop-shotting roboworms (Brown/Oxblood flake), and then a decent crappie dropshotting a tiki-monkey (Copper). Didn't bother with pictures. I'm really disgusted with how filthy this pond is, they are all bad but this one is the worst. Sadly you can't blame non-fisherman either, a lot of the trash is power bait jars and hook packages. I'm not sure that I will come back to this pond again.

I agree it's pretty bad, but usually pond 6 is even worse. A lot of pseudo-fishermen fish at these lakes. I get amused at the ones with salmon or sturgeon gear, casting with reels inverted. The litterers ought to be fined or worse. A lot of the lower valley is like that, unfortunately.

Pond 6 was pretty clean last time I went, I've heard that it was cleaned up at the end of May- by who, I'm not sure but the tires that were submerged off the west bank are gone. It is sad though, It's nice to have somewhere to fish within 30 minutes, but I'm getting less and less interested in stopping at these ponds.
