Just Wow!!!! We started today on Mack Bar and had a unbelievable Morning. The Big Boys were biting. Our first fish weighed 13lbs. Great way to start the day! Then wasn't long and got hit again. this fish was an average 4lber. Now the next 4 fish that we boated were in that 12lb. Range. Then we boated a few of the Average size laketrout.
We were getting ready to rap up our 4 hour Adventure when the outside Rod decided to bend down to the water ..Fish On! And the way it was battling I knew it was bigger than anything that we had boated so far. About 10 minutes later the fish came to the boat and tipped the scales at 13lbs. 9oz. Holy Smokes! I could not believe the size average today. Thanks so much to Conrad, Jennifer, & Jacob Jungmann along with Amit Kashel , Scott & Jacob Holtz for Catching with me today..I do have to add that Amit Kashel had never caught a Fish before and his first and second Laketrout were both in that 12lb. range. Call it Beginners Luck right? Tight Lines to All and Be Safe!!!!
