Went to Steel Lake today and decided to fish by the boat launch. I was there about 3 hours total and only caught two trout within the first 45 minutes I was there. The strange thing was that the ducks were trying to eat me trout so I had to shoo them off. They finally went awsay after trying for about 30 minutes.
