Went to Devils Lake (also lost) for the first time. Only 2 other bank fishermen on lake. Beautiful evening. Started for trout, one good hit but no luck. I had seen the report that there were Bass in the lake so switched to a Rappalla floating minnow. (it was all I had that might work for Bass) 3rd cast - bam! Small largies but always fun. 3 more like that caught and released. Going to get my Bass gear and head back soon
