Another succesful day at Swofford Pond, I had countless strikes and finally landed a descent sized large mouth. I was using a black top water frog. The thing I noticed was they hit hard and very fast, which is always exciting. My friend hooked and landed a very large trout while trolling with a wedding ring. We were both surprised that the fish were so active even with how hot it was out there. All in all a very enjoyable day on the pond.
