Went out fishing earlier this afternoon, after picking up some new skinny bear jigs and berkley trailers. Caught this nice 2 pounder. I think I'm starting to get good at flipping jig fishing. All the fish recently (see previous reports on LW for LM) have hit on the way down or just thumped it, which has gotten me in the routine on how to set the hook on them. I'm lucky i didn't lose this one, he got me wrapped around a piling, but thank god, I pulled him back.
