Fished Sprague sunday, hammered them. Water temp 53.4 am 59.2 at 300 pm when I quit. As usual fish wanted something totally different. Last outing hammered fish on #7 orange jointed rapala and orange apex with worm. This time we started with that and tried everything from flasher and fly to meps (trolling all day 1.7 to 2.2 MPH) and all colors. We did catch fish on most stuff tried, I kept trying different things until I went weird and put on a walleye spinner with #2 Colorado blade in green color and half a worm, slamfest. Still not satisfied I tried an orange spinner blade on green body (still #2 colorado) and had to reel in lines if I wanted to eat or make a call etc. It was the sprague lake I remember. We fished the west end of the lake from 14 to 16 deep. Just shows keep trying new stuff 1 guy drives I bait and change tackle all day if needed till we find the magic. Sorry I missed a few things fish size 2 to 5 lbs. Depth of lure 8 to 10 ft. Weather high pressure, wind under 5 MPH. Air temp am 40 pm 65..
