Arrived an hour behind schedule (8am). Had everything rigged and ready to go when I got there. Used a Frisky Jenny Black Ant with a bit of worm on my braided line, with a 5' leader and a small split shot. Let it out about 200'-300'. Realized right away I only brought one Apex lure for the other pole and did the same with that one. Trolled the entire shoreline of the lake at about 2.5-3mph. Twice. After about 5 hours of no action I went back to what I know works and lost my only Apex lure straight away. Tried everything else in the tackle box but nothing worked. Not a single bite all day long.

I did manage to get a massive amount of depth data today since I was alone and had nothing pressing at home but chores. The only thing left are some areas in the middle of the lake. I'll get those scanned over the next 2 weekends and have a complete map of the lake.

Ran into WaLakes member Augwen. Nice to finally meet you. I was unfortunately not able to reproduce your results today. You had a nice one in the boat.. maybe I'll have better luck next time.
