Laketrout fishing continues to be real good trolling in the lower basin. With battling Mama Nature it has been challenging..We saw our first snowflake hit the water yesterday, it's to early for that white stuff..The Ace Hi-Fly and Joe's Bait Rig has been working well. Keep your baits next to the bottom at all times to be productive. The Laketrout are moving into the spawning time now so it can be difficult to get them to bite but don't give up . When you see the arches on the sonar, mark that spot and turn and go right back over them. Yesterday I made 3 passes over fish that I saw then finally got bit on a double. I have a saying for this, If at first you don't Succeed, Keep on sucking until you do Succeed. Big fish today was just over 10lbs!! Thanks to my Crew yesterday Tight Lines to All and Be Safe!
