Headed down to Oregon for some November camping and fishing with my buddy Mark. Can't believe we pulled off a tent camping trip in Nov! Did get some rain and wind but overall was a cool trip... at times it was so quite all I could hear was ringing in my head... is that normal? :)

We did bring a boat but strangely didn’t catch anything from it. Both of us caught our limit on Saturday afternoon fishing from the peninsula campground fishing pier. Power eggs mostly but did catch a couple with marshmallows just to see if we could. I was happy to bring home some fish cause Oregon non-res license are painfully expensive. Most had pink meat and smoked up nicely.

The cut was caught at one of many smaller lakes you can hike to in the area. It self released as soon as the pict was taked.
