We launched our boat from Kirkland Marina and went to Yarrow Point, Hunts Point, Evergreen Point and HWY-520. Used Needlefish and Wedding Ring tipped with nightcrawlers behind 0000 size dodger and similar size swing blade. Trolled at 2mph. Saw lots of bait fish balls but no luck.
Any suggestions?

By the way, I was holding one downrigger at 45-50 and second at 60 feet. Fished from 9:30AM till 3PM.

Maybe just unlucky that day. Try running the riggers shallower in the morning with the cloud cover, 25 feet or so. Try to vary the speed and direction you're trolling, no constant speed and no straight lines. Switch gear around, chartreuse seems to work nice on these cloudy days. Might have just been a rough day

It is so dark nowadays with so much rain, sun almost never show up, so I am confused if we need to go deeper in the afternoon. Maybe we should stay all the time shallow? :)
