With a bit of arm twisting from my buddy Tony this morning.I decided to give pond 4 a shot for a few hours.We launched the boat somewhere around 11 am and fished till 4.Fishing was rather slow,causing us to go through quite an assortment of lures(plugs,spinners,spoons,flatfish,kitchen sink)Around 1:30 or so I managed to hook up with one ugly 5 lb broodstocker on a gold rip n minnow jerkbait with a orange back.Oh what the heck to the smoker he will go.We continued trolling somemore.Another boat joins us out on the water.Then about 3 pm down goes my rod again with another 3 lb rainbow.This was the last fish of the day.Still a nice break from work and Christmas shopping.
