Me my friend and our wives got there at 08:10 am, it was snowing a little when we got there, it was about 35°. Wind was lite, fish were surfacing consistently all over the lake. We got the boat in and lines wet by 8:40. I started off using a gold/silver Dick nite, my buddy used this wired fly that swam like a flatfish, my wife used a f4 flatfish, my buddies wife used a black wooly bigger, we all attached 1/3 Oz split shot to get our gear down. We figured the trout would be deep due to the cold, it paid off., trolling speed was 1.6 . We got consistent hits on the Dick nite, I got 4 between 13~16" with that set up c Andre of coarse. My wife got 2 hits all day on the R&D, it didn't do so well there, my buddy got lots of bites and hook UPS on his strange fly, but only landed 3. His wife only got 2 hits. Had fun then left at 12:30.
